This is why we created The Elam Ritual, a monthly maintenance plan that makes hair care feel easy again.

What exactly is The Elam Ritual?
The Elam Ritual is a monthly hair maintenance membership designed to keep your hair fresh, healthy and professionally cared for without the stress of doing it yourself. You choose either wash-only visits or wash and blow-dry sessions, 4 or 8 per month.​
What’s the difference between Wash & Go and Wash & Blowdry?
- Wash & Go
Professional cleanse, conditioner or mask, scalp massage and towel finish.
Perfect if you prefer to air dry or style yourself.
We also offer a specialist Elam hair towel to purchase, designed to reduce friction and improve natural drying. You can bring this to every visit.
- Wash & Blowdry
Everything above, plus a full professional blow-dry and styled finish.
Wash & Go is effortless maintenance.
Wash & Blowdry is weekly polish.​
Is a scalp massage included?
Yes. A professional scalp massage is included in both memberships as part of your wash.
How often can I come?
You can choose:

4 visits per month (roughly weekly)

8 visits per month (ideal for gym girls, extension clients or those who like twice-weekly freshness)
All sessions must be used within the same calendar month.​
Do sessions roll over if I don’t use them?
No, unused sessions do not roll over into the next month. Your membership is designed for consistent maintenance, so we encourage you to book in advance to secure your preferred times.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Memberships run on a rolling 30-day basis. We require 30 days written notice to cancel. Please send cancellation requests to info@elamhairstudio.com
Can I pause my membership?
Memberships are designed to maintain consistency. If you require a short pause due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Can I share my membership with someone else?
No. Memberships are strictly non-transferable and can only be used by the named subscriber.
Can I use my subscription for the wash during my colour or cut appointment?
No. Ritual visits are standalone maintenance appointments and cannot be combined with other services or used as part of a colour, cut or treatment appointment.
What if I cancel late or miss an appointment?
A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in that session being forfeited.
Can I choose my stylist?
Appointments are carried out by the available Elam team member at the time of booking. All of our stylists are trained to the Elam standard, so quality remains consistent.
Is this suitable for hair extensions?
Yes. The Ritual is perfect for extension clients. Regular professional cleansing and correct conditioning helps maintain the longevity and appearance of your extensions.
What if I join mid-month?
If you start your membership during the month, we will charge separately for the remaining days of that month. Your regular payment will then begin on the 1st of the following month.
