TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USE

These Terms and Conditions apply to your ELAM Gift Card.

Use of your ELAM Gift Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

OBTAINING YOUR ELAM GIFT CARD

You can obtain an ELAM Gift Card free of charge at ELAM HAIR STUDIO salon. The ELAM Gift Card is issued by, and remains the property of, Elam Beauty Limited, 43 Lockwood Way, Peterborough, PE7 8QP

USING AN ELAM GIFT CARD

You can use an ELAM Gift Card at any participating Elam salons in the UK to purchase hair services and treatments. It cannot be used outside this limited network. It is not a credit card, charge card or debit card. The ELAM Gift Card cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash/monetary value.

EXPIRY

Your ELAM Gift Card will expire on the date stated on the gift card.

LOSS, THEFT, DAMAGE

You should treat your ELAM Gift Card like cash in a wallet. If you lose your ELAM Gift Card or if it is stolen you may lose any value which is stored on it in the same way as if you lost your wallet.

In the event of loss, or if your ELAM Gift Card is damaged or malfunctions, we may at our sole discretion, replace your ELAM Gift Card and transfer any credit value stored on it to the new card.

If you subsequently find or retrieve an ELAM Gift Card which you have reported lost or stolen, you must notify us immediately.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Complaints regarding any element of the service provided by ELAM HAIR STUDIO should be sent by email to ELAM HAIR STUDIO Customer Services at info@elamhairstudio.com

All complaints will be subject to the ELAM HAIR STUDIO Complaints Procedure, which will be provided to you on your request.

COMPENSATION

The Financial Ombudsman Compensation Service is not applicable to your ELAM Gift Card . We do not offer any other compensation schemes to cover losses claimed in connection with your ELAM Gift Card.

If you have any enquiry relating to your ELAM Gift Card,  you can use the Contact Us facility on the ELAM website.

VARIATION

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these Terms and Conditions from time to time and at any time, or to terminate the ELAM Gift Card program on reasonable notice. The Terms and Conditions applicable to the use of a ELAM Gift Card shall at any time be the terms and conditions published on the ELAM HAIR STUDIO website (www.elamhairstudio.com).
